5 Cycle Review CEQA

n Make Environmental Determination. The Environmental
Coordinator must make an environmental determination within
30 days of the date the application is deemed complete. If the
project is determined to be exempt from environmental review,
the Environmental Project Manager must update the application
environmental status on e-Project Source to ‘Exempt’. If an initial
