Kristina was the Director in City of Dinuba, a small agency for over 10 years; is currently the
Assistant at City of Fresno and has gained the experience at a larger agencyf. has experience
building youth programs including establishing a youth commission; works collaboratively with other
departments such as public safety to build youth based programs. Has been focused on new parks
development in both Cities she has worked in; including using prop 68 monies an CDBG funds.
Another focal point has been deferred maintenance and finding creative funding sources to
address those needs. Values having good performance measures to use for Council and Mayor
to make the tough decisions; she tracks activities and holds regular discussions with her team to
ensure objectives are met. In Sanger, identified a need to add transportation in order for youth
to be able to get to college. Works with IT to create internal software solutions.
