first went to the text books I was the director. I made sure that I got put on the committee
that was going to see the next version. We did the meeting down in Lexington, where we
were going to have a troubleshooter department. I was there for the better part of the
week to understand how they were going to be trained. I did the same thing when we
went to SAP - I sent the best people to get trained - when we did the switch we became
on of the best states for implementing change. So that's the best way to make sure
change happens the way it should.
