          Overall:RFL: Bob left the City of San Diego after a three year stint to take some time off in New Mexico.
                 Now that he is rested, he would like to work for the City again. "My interest in this position is the
                 department, and the understanding that they need an outside perspective... Generally I have a
                 feeling that I can make a difference there."

                 Before his relocation to New Mexico, Bob worked as Assistant Director of Public Utilities for the
                 the City of San Diego where he oversaw a department of 700 employees. Bob has 40 years in
                 the public sector, 25 of which have been at the executive level. Bob was well-spoken and touts a
                 good grasp of the inner-workings of San Diego. We would recommend him for next steps.
