and two webinars, as well as draft six fact sheets to educate its membership (fact sheets to be
completed over the next year).
During my career, I have been able to develop a unique blend of technical expertise; leadership and
managerial skills; critical thinking, decision-making, and strategic planning skills; and written,
interpersonal, and oral communication skills. Based on my experience and strengths, I believe I am the
ideal candidate to successfully lead CASA through the legislative and regulatory challenges that lie
ahead, while driving organizational excellence through strong leadership supporting a teamwork-based
approach to continue effective internal operations and further nurture staff development.

wastewater sector, and have a keen interest in helping inform and forwarding the interests of CASA.
