Terrie was well-spoken and competent during our interview. She has a deep knowledge and passion around
environmental issues facing the water industry. She is currently a Manager in Legislative and Regulatory
Affairs with the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, where she reports to a 17-member board.
She has five direct reports. Her focus is on legislative and policy issues affecting their District and steering
them in the right direction based on the changing dynamics of the industry. It seems that there is a strong
synergy between her current position and what the Executive Director of CASA would entail.
