DUTIES
Business development and project procurement. Project management for transportation
infrastructure project delivery including environmental and regulatory clearance, preliminary
engineering, and final design. Duties include grant writing for the Active Transportation Program
(ATP), the USDOT TIGER program, Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP), Highway Safety
Improvement Program (HSIP). Also responsible for preparation of proposals in response to project
