Division and have executed agreements with local engineering firms to augment our
existing staff to cover the lack of expertise in certain design areas. These measures
have allowed our Department to avoid any impact to our project deliveries and this year
we have actually exceeded our annual goal for number of projects delivered as well as
total dollars of construction contracts.
