Cannot Connect User Interface Device
to the System
The user interface device (TSW-xx60 series touch screens, TSR-310 handheld remotes,
iOS® devices, and Android™ devices) cannot connect to the Crestron Home system.
Possible Cause(s)
l The User Interface Device Password is not set.
l The IP address is blocked for one hour after the User Interface Device Password is
incorrectly entered three times.
Corrective Action(s)
The following corrective actions can be performed:
l Set the User Interface Device Password: For details, refer to Set or Change the User
Interface Device Password (on page 275).
l Clear the blocked IP address:
o Wait for IP block to clear: The IP address block is cleared after one hour.
o Clear the blocked IP address: Clear the blocked IP address with Crestron Toolbox
software.
