“Ideal” Teacher

As a group after we have discussed the school

context we then analyzed the skills and aspect of an

ideal teacher that the school would need to be an
ideal school. Since the classes are overcrowded

therefore the teacher will have to incorporate

respect, collaboration and acceptance for all
learners, in that way it will help learners to take

control of their work and actively participate as they
                                                   learn best from their peers.

In group works all learners will be accommodated

rather than the teacher be using teacher-centered
method because in that way few learners will be

               accommodated.

Since the school has diverse learners with different religious believes therefore the

teacher needs to respect all the different cultures that comes with the learners and all
learners be treated equally irregardless of their beliefs. Moreover, the teacher should

also incorporate different teaching methods because learners have different learning

styles for example some learners are kinesthetic, visual or spatial and so on.

The ideal teacher needed in Forte secondary school, is a teacher who connects to

learners as human beings which will make them to feel comfortable in their area of
learning by not being afraid to ask questions and to make mistakes during the lessons.
