The teacher must treat all

the learners equal in a
classroom and make them

enjoy learning. As an ideal
teacher, we always ensure

that we take learners’

questions, concerns and
suggestions about their

learning seriously and use
what they had suggested to

make their learning fun. As

an ideal teacher, we become the learners’ friends and make them feel comfortable
with asking about their personal challenges. This makes the learners more confident

about who they are and why they should not underestimate their capabilities.

The Ideal teacher must teach the learners
not only what is prescribed, but what they

already know but unaware how to use the

knowledge. They ensure to make them
understand that everything that they know is

useful somewhere and they should not feel
inadequate for knowing something outside of

the school context. When teaching
something new; they use what they already

know, regardless of where or how they got to

know that. This makes learners feel
important in many ways. They gain self-

confidence and high self-esteem.
