The teacher to be ideal for the

school he/she should
understand and know that the

work of learning extends
outside of the classroom, that

learners can deepen their

understanding with members
of the community and with

experts in the field both
physically and through

technology. The ideal

teachers for the school should be more involved in activities of the community that
teaches the learners to be responsible citizens, and in that way the teachers will be

able to learn how to work and build a relationship with the learners as members of the
community by volunteering in any activity that takes place in the community. Most

importantly collaborate with other stakeholders.

The ideal teachers; should work on

making learners understand that we
live in the world of change and how

this change will make our lives more
simple. Learners tend to despise the

change that is taking place because
they feel like it’s going to increase the

unemployment rate and they feel that

it would be pointless for them to learn
if technology is going to take about

40% of the jobs.
