                                                              The Crazy Dane

While strolling on lovers lane, Tarzan and Jane came upon a

Dane who was ap•par•ent•ly not sane. He was tugging on a

lion's mane, poking the beast with a cane.

But their efforts to save him were in vain. The lion sprung

on the Dane, and quickly the man's life began to wane.

                                                      Saving His Brain

                                         1

He says, "The problem with plane geometry is that it's more

complex than plain. To me this stuff is a physical drain and a big

                       pain to my overworked brain.

"My efforts to learn have all been in vain. Besides, what can I

gain? Yet I am fain to strain, for otherwise my teacher will split
                       my brain in twain."

                      1 A country boy.
