Coffee Cup Launch Proposal






          SCOPE OF ONLINE PRESENCE



          Executive Summary
          Coffee Cup is a historic restaurant in Charlotte

          metro area, seeking to re-open its doors. The
          goal     is  to  entice past and future  patrons  to
          “come home” for authentic Southern cuisine

          that is usually made at home. Additionally, to
          introduce    nostalgia,   community     and

          hospitality through each meal, using web and

          social  media  marketing  tactics  and  raising
          brand  awareness  to  lead  customers  to  the

          restaurant.


          Description of Work and Project Scope

          Norrah Marketing Services will launch brand

          identity,  online  presence,  and  analytics  on
          behalf of Coffee Cup. The marketing project

          will begin by (re)establishing the brand, done
          in phases. PHASE 1: will be to define colors,

          fonts, a logo and other design features that

          will be considered “on brand”.

          PHASE 2: creation of social media pages as an
          avenue  for  ads  and  prospective  customer

          engagement. The purpose of these ads will be
          to  raise  brand  awareness  and  potentially

          collect email addresses to keep people aware

          of the grand opening, specials, etc. Video and
          Photography will begin in this phase.

          Phases  3-4:  includes  the  launch  of  the

          website(s),  and  subsequent  social  media
          pages  (those  not  launched  in  Phase  2).  In

          addition,  these  phases  will  include  direct

          marketing  pieces  and  an  expansion  of
          inbound marketing initiatives.
