          2015. In spite of comping over very favorable meat pricing
          versus the market the prior year, Mark Smith and the
          Procurement team held commodity food cost increases to
          1.9%. Paul Allegri and the Logistics team delivered another
          strong year in distribution and freight management. Chris
          McNutt’s Brand Program Management team managed
          the supply aspects of every test, promotion, and menu                  Don Ikemoto
          change. And finally, under the direction of Dustin Pittman,
          the Administration team achieved our seventh consecutive             Vice President

          In September 2015, we again celebrated our Member

          of the Apple and Pancake Supply Chain Co-ops to find                 Senior Director
          out how we can improve and add greater value. In other                Procurement
          words, we find out how we can do more to ensure we
          are helping create a competitive advantage for you. Our
          Member satisfaction scores improved for the fourth year
          in a row from a 4.56 in 2014 to 4.63 in 2015. We received
          a tremendous amount of feedback that will aid us in
          continuing to get better.
