Suite Tickets


        The nature of your lease agreement will determine which events are included, i.e. those events for which you do not
        need to purchase tickets.  You will, however, still be required to complete a booking form which will be forwarded by
        the SMSA Hospitality Department prior to events.  A suite circular detailing all aspects regarding ticketing, beverage
        and catering orders, match day programs, etc. will be forwarded prior to each event. Please note that suite tickets
        ordered in addition to the allocation stipulated in  your lease agreement, must be paid for in full prior to the tickets
        being printed.

        The booking form will specify the deadline dates in terms of booking suite tickets.  Please note that these deadline
        dates  need  to  be  adhered  to  in  order  to  ensure  optimal  service  to  you.  These  time  lines  may  vary  depending  on
        technical logistics. Therefore please contact the SMSA Hospitality Department to confirm that your tickets are ready
        for collection, prior to arriving at the stadium.

        Upon confirmation that your tickets are ready for collection, you will be able to collect your tickets from the ticket office
        at Gate C (unless otherwise advised).


        Suite closures on event days

        The suite areas are open to guests 2 hours prior to the event.   The Event Safety & Security Committee (as elected in
        conjunction with SAPS) has issued a directive (Annexure A) that all suites at the Stadium must close no later than 1
        (one) hour after the respective  event  has ended (that is, the final  whistle has  blown/ the feature  artist has left the
        stage).

        As all medical and security service are terminated one hour after the event has ended, it is imperative that for the
        safety and security of your guests, you ensure that your suites are closed no later than 1 hour after the event.

        You are also requested to ensure that all your doors are locked and air conditioners, fridges and lights are switched
        off. For ease of reference please switch off on your DB board which is situated behind your suite door

        Catering


        Touch Down, Market and Horn and Phillips catering  company have been granted exclusive catering rights at FNB
        Stadium.
        A variety of menus will be sent to you, specific to each event.  From these you can select your menu choice.  Please
        note  that  the  cost  for  the  chaffing  dishes/  serving  equipment  is  not  included  in  the  menu  price,  and  is  charged
        separately.  Waiter and bar staff can also be arranged through the catering company of your choice at a standard rate.
        Should you have any special dietary requirements, please ensure that you place such orders no less than 3 business
        days prior to the respective event. There is generally an additional charge for special dietaries as the meals need to
        be prepared separately.

        Should you arrange your waiter and bar staff through ANSC kindly provide them with your service wristbands.

        SMSA Beverages


        The liquor license held by the stadium is subject to certain conditions and restrictions regarding the consumption of
        liquor in the stadium. All beverages must therefore be purchased through the SMSA liquor warehouse or Event bars.
