Event Bars
Event Bars was born from a desire to take events in South Africa to a whole new level by supplying quality bar
solutions
They will replenish the suite with menu items as and when needed. Event bars orders back up stock that they keep on
hand to ensure replenishment of cold stock throughout the duration of the event and arranges any other beverage
requests at an additional fee
The beverage order form will be forwarded electronically to all suite owners in the beginning of the season. The suite
circular forwarded to suite owners prior to events will clearly stipulate the date by which orders must reach our office.
Kindly ensure the order form is forwarded electronically in excel format to Samantha Lensley who will prepare an
invoice. Beverages will only be delivered upon receipt of full payment. Once payment has been made, please make
arrangements to have the beverages delivered to your suite. As noted above, you alone have the keys to your suite,
therefore please ensure you or your representative is present at the agreed date and time to take delivery of the stock.
The beverages remain yours after the event. Please ensure that all beverages are stored in a locked cupboard/ fridge
as the Stadium does not take any responsibility for any missing stock.
Please note that beverages may not be removed from the suites on event day. Should you wish to remove any
beverages from your suite after event day, this can be arranged with the SMSA hospitality department who will issue
you with a permit detailing all products being removed.
It is imperative that you order sufficient stock and ice on our beverage order form as the SMSA liquor warehouse is
not open on event days, should your require additional stock.
All of the above procedures will apply to exclude events. However please note that full prepayment for suite and
parking tickets will be required prior to tickets being printed.
Please note you are entitled to purchase a maximum of 10 additional suite tickets if your suite has a capacity of 31
seats and 20 additional suite tickets if your suite has a capacity of 62 seats. These additional tickets will be charged to
you (for both included and excluded events). Full pre-payment is required prior to the tickets being printed.
Lost, stolen, destroyed or defaced suite tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances.
Parking & Service Wristbands
As you are aware, a new system has been implemented in terms of parking and service wristbands. This system will
be executed by means of the following:
Each event will be color coded and numbered
The permanent service tickets will be replaced by wristbands
The color of the wristbands will correspond to the color of the event
The color of the parking tickets will correspond to the color of the event
The color of the oval in the center of the parking ticket will correspond to the color of the parking area on the
parking map which forms part as an annexure to this document
A suite circular will be forwarded prior to each event stipulating the color and number of same
The service wristbands are intended for use by your barmen and waiters only. Should you not arrange barmen and
waiters yourself, your service provider needs to be issued with your service wristbands. Suite tickets should be issued
to security members or any additional staff members who may be working in your suite.
The number of parking tickets you are entitled to is determined by your lease agreement. Should you require
additional parking tickets, you may purchase these. The price of the parking tickets will be stipulated on the booking
form and suite circular. Full prepayment for the additional parking tickets will be required prior to the tickets being
printed.
All suite owners and guests will park their vehicles in the parking spaces at its own risk. SMSA Shall not be liable for
any personal accident of third party claims or theft of whatsoever kind.
