Cleaning

Please make the necessary arrangements to be at the Stadium to ensure your suites are cleaned. Should you not be
available to have your suite cleaned when the cleaners are on duty for a respective event, you will then be responsible
for the cleaning of your suite as the Stadium does not have keys to access your suite. Please note that the cleaners
are not responsible for any cleaning of cutlery, crockery or carpets. To prevent insect or rodent infestations it is
imperative that you ensure that all wet waste is removed from you suites directly after the event.

Access to Your Suite on Non-Event Days

Should you or an appointed representative be required to access your suite on a non-event day, the following
procedure will apply:
 A request (24-hours or more) to be made with Mbali or Nokwazi via email.
 A Suite Permit will be forwarded to you which needs to be completed by yourself.
 The permit should contain details with regard to your visit, for example: stock check, suite renovations,
removal or delivery of items.
 All items brought into or being removed from the suite must be recorded on the suite permit.
 Make, model and serial number of all appliances to be specified.
 Once SMSA receive your suite permit and are satisfied with the content, it will be approved, signed and
stamped by SMSA representative and returned to your via email.
 The Events Manager, security and reception will be copied in this email so as to allow you access into the
stadium upon your arrival.
 Please report to Gate B upon your arrival present the signed suite permit, the gate will confirm with reception
 Any items being brought in or removed from the suite must be verified by SMSA representative and security
prior to your being permitted to exit the venue with such items.
The above procedure also applies to load in and out periods prior to and after events.
Access to suites is strictly between 09h00 & 16h00 on week days.

Suite Refurbishments

You may alter the look and feel of your suite, however all plans and drawings must be submitted to SMSA for approval
in writing prior to any alterations or improvements being done.
The extent of the alterations or improvements to your suite will be subject to approval. Should the Stadium raise any
concerns with regards to the extent/nature of the alterations or improvements, such concerns and conditions will be
brought to your attention in writing.
Please refer to clauses 13, 18 & 19 of your suite lease agreement for detailed information pertaining to suite
refurbishments.

Television

The Stadium does not have a DSTV satellite dish. All material is received via a link to the outside broadcast van. The
only match which will therefore be available to view on your screen, is the one being played at the Stadium.

Should you choose to provide your own television in your suite, you will be required to provide the serial number as
well as a copy of your television license to SMSA.
