Lost, stolen, destroyed or defaced service wristbands and parking tickets will not be replaced. Unless
provided with an affidavit, signed and stamped by commission of oath. Under any circumstances.

        Suite Keys

Please note that SMSA does not keep copies of any suite keys issued, therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that
suite keys are given to the respective representatives from your company when needing to unlock or lock your suite
should you not be present on the day of an event. You should also be present to unlock and lock your suite for
service providers to gain access to your suite. This includes cleaners/ caterers/ beverage providers, etc. SMSA does
not recommend that keys be issued to service providers, but should you wish to make use of this option, which is your
prerogative, SMSA should be informed in writing prior to the keys being issued.

        Traffic & road closures

The road closures may change from event to event, please ensure you refer to the Stadium’s website for a copy of the
        event-specific traffic plan - www.stadiummanagement.co.za.
With the popular events (Cup matches, Derbies, concerts, specialty events etc.), traffic can be challenging. Please
therefore advise your guests of the respective traffic routes, and urge your guests to arrive early.

        Safety & Security

Each event has an elected Safety & Security Committee who meets regularly to ensure the best safety processes for
you and your guests on event day. From time to time, depending on the nature of the event, a specific directive will be
issued that must be adhered to. Such directives will be brought to your attention by Stadium Management SA.
Between events, the Stadium has a number of processes in place to ensure the ongoing safety and security of the
venue, as well as your suite. You are, therefore, requested to co-operate with and assist the security personnel of
SMSA in maintaining the level of security required by them. Due to reasons stated above on suite closures, SMSA
security in suite areas will ensure that no patrons or guests are occupying suites an hour after an event

        Suite content insurance

As stipulated in your suite lease agreement, it is your obligation to insure the contents of your suite. The contents
include furniture, beverages, appliances or any other items left inside the suite. It is however still necessary to report
any burglaries to SMSA immediately after you become aware of any incidents. For insurance purposes, a case
number (as issued by SAPS) will be required. The police report must be made within the timelines as specified by
        your insurance policy.

Access to suites on event days

On the event day, it is your responsibility to ensure that your guests have tickets. Access to the stadium will not be
granted to guests who are unable to produce tickets. Children without a suite ticket will not be permitted to the suite
levels. It is recommended that you monitor guests accessing your suite. Should you, for any reason whatsoever, find
people in your suite who are not part of your guest list, you may request a copy of their ticket, and ask them to leave
should they not be able to produce a valid ticket to your suite. While security guards roam the suite levels, you may
contact the emergency number that is displayed on the tier branding boards. This is a direct line to the security office,
who will then be able to dispatch security to assist should it be required.
By special arrangement, a security guard can be requested to be posted at your suite door to monitor access of
guests to and from your suite. There is an additional cost for this. Please liaise with Nokwazi Mtheku should you
require a security guard. It is recommended that an armband/ special accreditation be issued to your guests as a
quick and easy way to confirm guests in your suite.
Should you experience a medical emergency of any kind within your suite, please make use of the emergency number
displayed on the tier branding boards or contact the SMSA reception desk on (011) 247-5300. For less serious
medical matters, a satellite medical room is located on the upper suite Level opposite suite US88.
