Your Essential Hair Mask

                              Shopping List

One of the most delightful aspects of getting your hair mask kit together is, of
course, the shopping. Don’t be alarmed - shopping for hair mask ingredients is in
no way heavy on your pocket.

Nearly every component in the recipes in this book can be found tucked away in
your pantry or refrigerator. From fruits and vegetables, to that old can of beer or a
jar of oats, no item is rare or difficult to come by. Many of the hair masks recipes
also incorporate the goodness of essential and carrier oils. These oils are easily
available at your local health supply store, or can even be purchased online.

When you do set out to buy any of the ingredients for your hair masks, ensure that
you buy the best quality produce, free of preservatives and chemicals.
Hair therapy is all about giving your scalp and roots the best of nature - try going
organic and see the difference it makes to your hair.
