Egg and Green Tea Hair Mask
Items you will need:
● 2 medium-sized raw eggs, preferably organic
● 2 green tea bags or 2 tablespoons loose green tea leaves
● 1 cup water
● 1 tablespoon raw organic honey
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Gather your ingredients at your workstation and measure out the
required amounts of honey.
2. Boil a cup of water in a saucepan on your stove top.
3. When the water begins to boil, add the green tea bags and turn the
heat down to a low flame to allow the bags to simmer in the
water for 5 minutes.
4. Turn the heat off and allow the leaves to steep in the water till the
water cools completely.
5. Set this water aside for later use.
6. Into a small mixing bowl, crack your eggs, ensuring there are no
shell pieces in the bowl.
7. Beat the eggs with a small hand whisk or a fork.
8. To the eggs, add in the cup of green tea infusion. You can also add
in the leaves for an extra shot of nutrition for your hair.
9. Add in the organic honey and continue to mix till the ingredients
have blended well.
10. Use a brush to apply this resulting mask to your hair.
11. Apply evenly and ensure that you cover all sections of your scalp
thoroughly.
12. Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic bag to avoid
unnecessary dripping and allow the mask to work its wonders
for about 15 to 30 minutes, or even longer.
13. Then, rinse off with plenty of water and an optional sulfate-free
shampoo.
14. Apply this treatment to your hair about two times a week for four
weeks to see visible reduction in hair fall.
