Honey Aloe Ginger Hair Mask
Items you will need:
● 1-inch piece fresh ginger
● 1 medium-sized leaf of ripe aloe Vera
● 1 tablespoon raw organic honey
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Gather your ingredients together at your workstation.
2. Wash and peel your fresh piece of ginger.
3. Chop the ginger into two or three smaller pieces, to make it easier
to extract the juice.
4. Pound the ginger with the base of your broad flat knife to loosen
the juices from the flesh. If you have a mortar and pestle, use
it to help extract the ginger juice.
5. Add this ginger juice to a small mixing bowl. You can also chop the
resulting ginger up finely and add it to the bowl for an extra
zing of nutrition.
6. Wash your aloe Vera leaf.
7. With your knife make an incision into the corner of the flat side of
the leaf. Run your knife across the length of the leaf to split it
into a cross-section.
8. Use a spoon to extract the gel from inside the leaf and add it to the
mixing bowl with the aloe Vera.
9. Alternatively, you can also use 1/2 cup pure aloe Vera juice or gel
for medium-sized hair if you do not have fresh aloe Vera at home.
10. Add the raw organic honey to complete your mixture.
11. Continue to blend till you have a thoroughly mixed mask.
12. If the mask is too thick, you can add a tablespoon or two of water to
dilute it and make it easy to apply.
13. Use a brush, spoon or even your fingers to apply this resulting mask to
your hair.
14. Apply evenly and ensure that you cover all sections of your scalp
thoroughly.
15. Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic bag and allow the mask to
work its wonders for about fifteen to thirty minutes.
16. Then, rinse off with lots of water and an optional sulfate-free shampoo.
17. Apply this treatment to your hair about two times a week for four weeks
to see visible reduction in hair fall.
