一帶一路政策 (The Belt and Road initiative,
“B&R initiative”) 提出後，活絡的不只是大中華
市場，東南亞經濟連動起飛，創造極大的人才需
求缺口。表現最明顯的手當航空業，自 2016 年
起，駐在東南亞的航空公司無不積極招募華語人
才，以便服務大量的華語商務人士及觀光客。
這一期的空姐面試雲，我們帶著大家來到亞洲
系航空的第一把交椅 - 新加坡航空 (Singapore
Airlines, SIA) 的基地新加坡，告訴大家成為一個
國際級的同時，你必須做好那些準備。

A few weeks ago, a friend of mine told me that she wanted to

resign from Singapore Airlines and looked for a new career path. I
was surprised by the decision she made, because I still remembered
her exciting face half an year ago before she moved to Singapore.
And I still remembered how she used to tell me that being a
Singapore Girl was her best and only choice for her career.
幾周前我的朋友說他想從新加坡航空離職，重新規劃他的職涯。乍聽到這個消息我
有點訝異，我還記得半年前他準備去新加坡報到時，臉上的興奮與期待。當初他信
誓旦旦的說成為新航空服員是他這輩子最大的夢想，言猶在耳，卻人事已非。
I have to admit it’s despondent to hear she say, “I had a dream on
how my crew life could be, but it’s just so different from the world
I’m living in. I’m not happy anymore.” As how I usually tell the
candidates who want to get involved in aviation industry, grabbing
a job offer from your ideal airlines is not the end; on the contrary,
it’s the beginning of challenges.
當他說出「我曾經對成為一個空服員後的生活有無限的期待與幻想，但事實與夢想
卻背道而馳，我過得一點都不開心。」我的心裡有淡淡的哀傷。我記起自己常常告
訴想加入航空業的準空服員們，考上理想的航空公司不是終點，相反的才是挑戰的
開始。
