China Airlines, one of the leading air carriers in Taiwan, announced
the cooperation program of “cabin crew internship” with four

universities in early 2018. China Airlines planned to offer numerous

vacancies of cabin crew position with ＄150,000 NTD scholarships
per semester and the intern crew need to complete 60 flying
hours every month during internship. The Civil Aeronautics

Administration (CAA) turned down the application due to the fact
that “the enterprise has not interpreted if this program is in line

with the related acts of Ministry of Labor (MOL) and Ministry of
Education. This breaking news is causing a public uproar.

2018 年初，台灣航空業龍頭之一的中華航空對外公告首度與四所大專院校合作招募

「實習空服員」上機服務。開出每個月飛行 60 小時、提供一學期獎學金 15 萬元。

消息一出，首先遭到民航局以「未說明是否符合勞動部教育部」相關法令駁回，同
時也引起輿論一片譁然。
