             program that allows for the
             training and development

             of staff who are new to the
             hospitality industry. All team
             members will demonstrate
             patience and respect for
             trainees. They will act as
             mentors and assist them
             wherever possible. Trainees will

             wear a “Trainee” badge at all
             times whilst on shift.
        14. Bring a positive attitude to

             work. Demonstrate enthusiasm,
             curiosity and a willingness to
             carry out instructions.
