The Power of Dreams

Many people wanted to study in the New Era, so did I. Over 800 kids

compete to get in the school but only 52 kids get accepted.

My dream when I was 5th grade was to get accepted and study in that

school. I went to math tuition almost every day from 5th grade till 6th

grade. Each day, there were three or more hours of tuition. And

concentrating on math only, it was finally time to take the exam. I was

feeling really confident because I thought I prepared long and hard

enough. I was placed 40th place meaning that I got accepted. My family

and I were so happy, especially my mom.

Now, I’m in 8th grade having a lot of friends in school. If you don't give

up on your dream, it will come true.
