Overview

Tacmins’ Health, Safety, Environmental and Corporate Social
Responsibility Policies are based on the fundamental principle
that people should be able to work to their maximum potential
without undue risk to their Health or Safety and that due care
will be undertaken to preserve the Environment in which they

work or live. The underlying principle which Tacmin views as a
priority is that we aim to improve the local communities in
whichever area we operate in.

In order to ensure prevention strategies are fully maintained,

all levels of management are accountable for the HS&E
performance of their area of responsibility. Sound HS&E
practice is a condition of employment for management and
employees alike with responsibilities shared at all levels.

Safety is not just procedures, it is the way we think and act.
Our focus on positive behaviour is an attempt to change the
way our personnel thinks, so as to successfully modify their
attitude to Health, Safety and Environmental issues.

Health, Safety and Environmental Policies

 Tacmin has documented the Health, Safety, Environmental
and Corporate Social Responsibility policies and objectives

to which it is committed.

 Employees undergo Health, Safety, Environmental and
cultural induction and training to ensure that they
understand the Policies and their requirements.
