Health & safety (cont.)

 The effective implementation and maintenance of the
HS&E Management System is the responsibility of all
employees.

 A copy of all of these Policies, signed by the Chief
Operating Officer, shall be permanently displayed on all

notice boards.

 Management shall demonstrate a commitment to the HS&E
Policies by providing all necessary resources and
implementing procedures to ensure that the Health, Safety
and Environmental Program is maintained.

Policy Promotion

 The objective of the policy promotion is to ensure
employee knowledge of and adherence to Tacmin HS&E
Policies.

 The HS&E Policies are the basis upon which the HS&E Plans
are built.

 The Health and Safety Policy states the commitment to

H&S objectives and provides the framework for achieving
those.

 The Environmental Policy states the company’s
commitment to protecting the Environment in the areas
where the company operates.
