Management of site HS&E

The Health, Safety and welfare of employees and maintenance
of a safe and environmentally responsible working

environment are paramount in the way that Tacmin business
is conducted. A plan is produced to define HS&E management
strategies specific to Tacmin and can be readily aligned with
project/customer requirements. This Plan is designed to
ensure that a uniform Healthy, Safe and Environmentally

responsible working environment is established and
maintained.

Adoption of the project management strategies detailed in this
plan is mandatory and their level of application is measured
both internally and externally. Our project plan has been

developed and issued with the authority of Tacmins’ Appointed
Manager. It is a requirement of all Tacmin personnel to apply
the requirements of this plan. The content and requirements
of this plan are usually made known to all supervisory staff
appointed to the project.

The Tacmin Health and Safety policy are based on the
fundamental principle that people should be able to work to
their maximum potential without undue risk to health and
safety. Injury removes or reduces this potential and therefore
measures MUST be implemented to minimize the risk of it

occurring.
