I am the senior and founding partner, CEO, executive director

& board level director with over 30 years of experience
specializing in mining, management and technical support as
part of the mine owners team with the specific emphasis on
adding shareholder value through optimization, operational
improvement, re-engineering and cost-effective turning to

account of profitable open-pit mines and associated infra-
structure.

I have worked with many mining companies over my career
providing strategic advice, business transformation program
definition and delivery, performance enhancement solutions

and corporate restructuring services for mines in several
countries across Africa.

Over the last 22 years, I have developed a reputation as one
of the leading specialists in this industry and a well-known
advisor to mining boards and executive management. My

deep knowledge and practical experience in the open-pit
mining and mine operational management is unique in this
field.

As an expert in operational analysis and redesign, I have
delivered business improvement services to open pit mining
clients in platinum, gold, diamonds, copper, cobalt,

phosphates, coal, fluorspar, manganese, iron ore, vanadium,
PGM’s and chrome.
