is what the HR teams like to call a “PEER SUPPORT

GROUP” But it’s not going to be the kind of group

where we drink tea and biscuits and gossip ( well not the

whole time). Instead it’s a GET SH*T DONE kind of
group.

We’ll meet EVERY THREE WEEKS or every month-
whatever works best with our schedule, for a few hours, and

use the time to FILL OUR PERSONAL PIPELINES
