Plotting Line Graphs

Plotting line graphs is a skill which is asked a lot in regular
assessments and exams along with being used to record observations

from experiments. It is easy and the video will give a good explanation.

To recap:

• Always label the X and Y Axis and specify the unit.
• Y Axis is the dependent variable and X Axis is the Independent

Variable.
• Y Axis measures a change of any form, a change in quantity,
temperature, speed, weight, etc.
• X Axis measures change in time of any form, minutes, hours,

days, months, matches, etc.
• Always give a heading to the graph and write the scale of graph.
