following questions on density, if all can be solved, you have
understood the topic.
Q1. 500 grams of sugar occupies a volume of 0.315 litres. What is the
density of the sugar in grams per millilitre?
Q2. The density of a substance is 1.63 grams per millilitre. What is the
mass of 0.25 litres of the substance in grams?
Q3. The density of pure solid copper is 8.94 grams per millilitre. What
volume does 5 kilograms of copper occupy?
Q4. Two liquids, A and B, have densities 0.75 grams per millilitre and
1.14 grams per millilitre, respectively. When both liquids are poured
into a container, one liquid floats on top of the other. Which liquid is
on top?
Q5. The density of water is 1000kg/m and oil is 880kg/m , when both
