3078. An ELLIPSE of twenty strands. Although this design appears
to be a bit irregular, it works out into a very handsome ELLIPSE with an
e\'cn surface. The tension of the strands must be carefully handled, and
the sinnet will require fairing with a pricker after removal from the table.
3079. A PENT-\GON of thirty-six strands. Although the lines in this
diagram lead in five directions it is no more complicated to work than the
others. The specimen was made with red corners, green center strands
'\ and the remainder white, the result being a series of lengthwise stripes.
3080. A smaller PENTAGON.
3081, 3082. Two PENTALPHAS. The latter was the first made, the
shape is inevitable if worked methodically.
