Mobile Testing Service –
we test screw fastenings on your own premises

Our sales engineers will visit your premises to carry out application investi-
gations using the appropriate measuring equipment - on your own site. This
on-site analysis gives you several advantages.

                                                                                          • We can carry out investigations in extremely close-

The screw fastenings are made using mobile EC spindles
(spindle 1 up to 12 Nm or spindle 2 up to 70 Nm). As a rule
the EC spindle is programmed to carry out a specific assem-
bly process. At the same time a torque-angle measurement
is made using a second sensor, and the measurement values
recorded on the test report. By means of this redundant
measurement procedure we achieve a high level of security
in generating the measured values, with the torque-angle
sensors covering a torque range of 1 Nm to 100 Nm. We
implement load cells to determine preload forces in the range
of 1.5 kN to 100 kN.
