4.15 Power Supply Fuse

Tools required: Screwdriver
5/32" hex wrench
or
Phillips head screwdriver

Removal

1. Depending on which alarm you are replacing the fuse in, take one of the
following steps:

• Unless the replacement is being performed on a Local Alarm, use a
5/32" hex wrench to unlock the front panel (A) (see figure 4-16 on
page 4-40).

• When changing the power supply fuse in the Local Alarm, use a
phillips head screwdriver to remove the front panel.
