PROGRAM RULES
1. Any Advertising Award funds which are not used within 3 months after the date they are awarded will expire.
2. Monthly AP requirements are based on a worksite sales calendar and on submitted business.
3. Individuals who voluntarily or involuntarily leave the company forfeit their rights to their Stairway to Platinum advertising budget
upon termination.
4. Combined Worksite Solutions reserves the right to disqualify an individual if achievements and/or performance fails: to meet these
Standard Rules or any rules specific to an Individual Program; to adhere to the company's Ethical standards or Code of Conduct;

and/or were not done in the spirit of the Program.
5. Sales employees must have a Cancellation Rate below 20% to be eligible to receive an award or prize. The three most recent
monthly Cancellation Reports available from the end of a Program will be used to determine the Cancellation Rate of each

Program participant.
