INCENTIVE PROGRAM RULES
WORKSITE SOLUTIONS
• Awards must be earned within their designated time frame. No extensions for leaves of absence are allowed.
• An award can be earned in a shorter time frame than stipulated, but cannot take longer.
• Once an award is earned, production toward the next award level will not begin until Monday of the following week.
• Only applications received and processed at the Combined Insurance Service Center at the end of each week will be
counted to determine which award has been achieved. Submitted/call-in premium does not count.
• Your cancellation rate must be 15.0% or less.
• WCS Awards cannot be transferred from one Combined Insurance sales force to another. Agents who transfer to a
different sales force must start the WCS Achievement Club over, beginning with the Initial award.
• If an award is earned during a production quarter in which the sales representative is put on probation, the award
will be forfeited.
• Annual Awards are based on results achieved during a Combined Insurance calendar production/sales year.
RE-HIRES
Regarding all WCS Award Clubs
Salespeople who return to Combined Insurance within one year after their date of termination are eligible to be
reinstated at the same WCS Achievement Club level at the time of their termination. If their leave of absence from the
company has been in excess of six months, they must start again at the beginning to earn awards.
FIELD TRAINING
Regarding all WCS Award Clubs
Any premium written during field training by the trainee may be counted for one WCS Award for only the trainee. Only
the trainee will receive credit for the premium production.
NOTE: New York sales representatives are subject to the rules limiting the individual and aggregate values of the
awards and the annual trip.
