A New Day Everyday

It's a new day everyday!
That's how I'd like it to stay!
There are many things to say
because it's a new day everyday!

I like the sombre summer day!
That stands still and finds a brazen way
to tell us 'wake up' people of the earth
Do not sleep because there is something of worth!

THAT WORTH you will find when you stay put with me
Even through the scorching trials of your life daily

I will remind you that troubles are never over
and Life is not perfect!
But we are yet to suffer!
Suffer and die! everyday to this heat!
Till you slog and sweat and die out in the summer breeze!

That's why I HAVE A COUSIN CALLED night!
It comes before the morning so that you sleep tight!
The night tells us to sleep and rest!
It takes us to a new dream bed!

This dream bed gives us peace like a mother's lap
It takes away your agony and dozes off our pains!
I hope you find the same rest and peace
in the cool, still, dark night that's so so free!

Again comes morning!
Hurry we need to go!
Let's have another day of pain to follow!

But my dear friend,
here's my advice!
God is in your pain!
Because GOD IS IN YOUR LIFE!

We see things in two dimension!
Not wanting to wake up
from a dream so false
that keeps us from breaking up!

No I say! Wake up and smell
that hope and courage in the air
when God said I AM WITH YOU DEAR!
You will never suffer all alone!
