Residential Address and Contact Particulars
OF Any one of the following documents reflecting the
client’s name and residential address
Each Trustee of the Trust;
Municipal rates and taxes invoice;
Each Natural person who is authorized to establish a
business relationship or single transaction on behalf Recent lease or rental agreement;
of the trust;
Telkom Account;
Each Beneficiary of the Trust referred to by name in
the Trust deed; Mortgage Statement from Bank;
The Founder of the Trust.
