With housing demands so high in the area, Taylored Elements
has also moved into larger scale development. They completed
eight homes in Helman Heights last year and are excited to have
now broken ground in West Village, a forty-lot subdivision in
Ashland that will hold both single-family homes and smaller-
scale cottages at a more affordable price point for the area. Its
location will serve Ashland area families well, and each home will
demonstrate the Taylored Elements’ commitment to sustainable qual-
ity, including solar power, quality finishes and sustainable materials and
build practices that will provide comfortable family living for years to
come.
In spite of the many hurdles that have been pushing against their indus-
try growth, Taylor remains confident they will continue to grow and
adapt their expertise to serve the communities of Southern Oregon.
“We have roots here,” he says. “We’re not going anywhere. We plan to
be doing this for a long time.”
