                                                                        hy do people join a gym? They want RESULTS! Why do people

                                                                   members quit going within six months of their annual membership.”

                                                                   With the constant social media barrage of fitness videos, images of
                                                                   half-naked men and women flaunting their six-pack abs and newly
                                                                   transformed bodies, and hashtags such as “#transformation,” “#before-
                                                                   andafter,” and “#fitnessgoals, looking and feeling good becomes the
                                                                   coveted badge of honor that one wants to wear.
