Chef Josh Dorcak of MÄS Ashland has been crowned the 2017 Iron
Chef of Oregon at the Bite of Oregon in Portland in September.
During the competition some of Southern Oregon’s most talented
chefs competed. Chef Billy Buscher of Seven Feathers Casino
Resort (previously of Ashland’s Alchemy Restaurant & Bar and 2012
Ashland Culinary Festival Top Chef) competed to defend his 2016
Iron Chef of Oregon title against Chef Josh Dorcak of MÄS Ashland
(2015 & 2016 Ashland Culinary Festival Top Chef). And for the third
