Adoption is most successful when treated as a sub-project with a

dedicated plan.

Expect to:

❑ Secure physical spaces for workshops & training

❑ Identify and engage local stakeholders

❑ Send all electronic communications

❑ Print, post, circulate physical materials

❑ Validate employee data

❑ Provide peer support during go-live – Change Champions
