Key Adoption Roles















         Program/Project Lead                                 •  Program and project oversight covering people, budget, timelines
                                                              •  Liaison with Sponsor & Site or Region leaders
                                                              •  Signs off project deliverables


         Adoption Lead                                        •  Adoption oversight covering communications, training
                                                              •  Facilitates logistics for events (remote and onsite)
                                                              •  Signs off Adoption Deliverables


         Communication Lead                                   •  Ownership of communication tools, platforms
                                                              •  Provides guidance on language, tone and layout of communication materials to create an effective comms strategy
                                                              •  Sends all internal communications to impacted community


         Training Lead                                        •  Ownership of LMS platform and integration of training materials into it
                                                              •  Provides guidance on training methodologies to create an effective training strategy


         Site Lead                                            •  Nominates Change Champions; ensures they are able to take on additional work and are recognized
                                                              •  Sends any local communications (as directed by Communications Lead)
                                                              •  Attends all local program events


         Change Champion                                      •  Drives and influences change in their organization, location or function through proven subject matter expertise and local knowledge
                                                              •  Confirms population data
                                                              •  Runs Collaboration Stations & distributes or places physical communication materials
                                                              •  Answers simple questions; provides feedback to project team – particularly during go-live
                                                              •  Leads by doing; early adopter of the technology
