• Urgent delivery options, @mention ➢ Get someone’s attention on a time-critical item
• Attaching files, emojis, stickers and Giphys ➢ Collaborate on a document before approval – it can be co-authored only by the chat participants
• Bookmarking a conversation ➢ Save a position in a conversation when a useful entry was made
• Meet now: call or video, share screen ➢ Convert a conversation into a call
