• Scheduling meetings in Teams ➢ Scheduling and holding meetings that are specific to the theme of the Team
➢ When within a team/channel, invites all team members – no need to remember or create distribution list
➢ Quick view of participant availability
➢ Can only update meetings scheduled in Teams using the Teams interface
• Mute all participants ➢ Managing large meetings (events)
• Take meeting notes ➢ Capturing information discussed and immediately storing it within the meeting conversation
• Meeting ‘conversation’ ➢ When meeting history matters (attendees, etc) for tracking time (law firms)
• Lobby ➢ Allow meeting hosts to prepare before admitting attendees
