Step 5 – Bone Graft Packing

Use the graft tamp to fill the implant with
autograft or allograft material if necessary.

Step 6 – Inserter Assembly

Fully insert the inserter shaft into the distal
end of the inserter body.

Inserter Body Inserter Shaft

Insert the expander knob onto the proximal
end of the inserter shaft by pressing the
expander knob button while aligning the
button 90 degrees to the flats on the shaft.
Hold the distal end of the shaft to prevent it
from sliding out of the inserter body while
installing the knob onto the shaft.
