Enjoy Convenient Initiation Fee Staged Payments
To make your transition into Redlands Country Club even more financially convenient, those who choose the
preferred initiation may also take advantage of a staged initiation payment schedule:

Preferred Initiation Fee in Stages: $5,500 -
• First payment of $2,750 due on or before April 15, 2018
• Second payment of $2,750 due on or before June 15, 2018

Enjoy Dues Credits with your Preferred Initiation

As a way of welcoming you into the club, we want to offer yet another financial advantage to Preview Members.
New members will want to immerse themselves in the many exciting Redlands Country Club activities while ex-
ploring their new membership.

To make this financially convenient as well, preview members who remit their full preferred initiation fee, in one
payment or stages, will enjoy a billing credit of $100 per month for the following 12 months. The monthly credits
may be utilized throughout the club for a variety of club amenities and services, including dues!

Enjoying the Advantages of Preview Membership
To enjoy the preferred initiation fee of $5,500, payment in full or in the first stage must be remitted to the club on
or before April 15, 2018. After April 15, 2018 the preferred initiation will no longer be available. You may still take
advantage of the Preview Membership opportunity until April 30, 2018, but preferred initiation fees will not be
available.

If you choose to make staged remittances, payment of the second stage initiation fee must be remitted on or before
June 15, 2018; without which the preferred initiation fee will revert to the full regular initiation fee of $7,500. The
balance remaining after the first stage payment ($4,750) would be due at the end of the 12-month preview period.

Memberships are Limited
Redlands Country Club bylaws specifically limit the number of members in each membership category. If we near
a full complement of equity members, we may announce an end to this membership initiative before April 30,

2018. In this event, we will establish a waiting list for equity memberships, with regular initiation fees and without
the advantages of this program.

Preview Memberships Additional Information

Prospective new members receiving this exclusive invitation from a sponsoring member must still follow the
normal procedures for joining Redlands Country Club, including submitting all required information on the ap-
plication form or documents, speaking with current members about their interest in the club, having their names
posted for member’s review, and ultimately board approval.

On April 30, 2017 the “Drive to Equity” Membership Initiative will conclude.
