I understand that if I enter into this agreement after April 15, 2018 for any reason, the preferred membership rate
will not be available to me and the monthly billing credit, but all other terms laid out in this agreement remain in
effect.

3. Obligation to dues, fees and charges. I hereby obligate myself for the payment of all monthly dues, applicable
fees and charges during my preview membership term, subject to the terms associated with the “Drive to Equity”
Preview Membership Initiative.

I further understand that a $100 per month credit will be posted to my account for 12 consecutive months, but the
first credit will not be applied to my account until the month in which my preferred initiation fee, is paid in full.

I also understand that I hereby obligate myself to a minimum preview period of 12 consecutive full months after
my preview membership becomes active. If I choose to resign my preview membership prior to the conclusion
of the minimum 12-month period, any remaining balance of dues and fees that would have been billed for the
remaining months, in addition to any outstanding charges on my account, will become due and payable immedi-
ately. I authorize Redlands Country Club to charge any remaining balance to my credit card on file.

4. Privileges and limitations during the preview period. During my preview relationship, I shall be entitled to the
use of the club facilities and participation in all club activities (excluding major club tournaments as determined
by Redlands Country Club and Wine Club membership) as established for full equity members. Additionally, I
understand my preview relationship is not transferable or refundable. My immediate family members/relatives
may utilize club facilities in accordance with established by-laws for the equity classification.

5. Redlands Country Club By-laws and Rules and Regulations. I agree to be bound by the By-laws and Rules and
Regulations as established and/or as Redlands Country Club may amend them from time to time.

I understand that my initiation is subject to all by-laws, rules, regulations and processes, including the posting of
my name for a ten-day period and final board approval.
6. Recallable Membership. The club has the absolute right and discretion to recall my membership at any time
before the minimum 12-month preview relationship terminates. If the club exercises its right, I remain obligated
and promise to pay dues and charges incurred through the end of the month in which the club exercises its right
to recall my membership.
I understand that my membership shall be considered a “preview relationship” and shall not be considered an
equity membership until which time my initiation fee has been fully remitted and an equity stock certificate has
been transferred in my name. I understand that Redlands Country Club and its equity members may sell equity
memberships both within this equity membership drive program and through normal sales activities. Further, I
understand that both Redlands Country Club and its equity members may sell memberships on a “first paid first
sold basis” up to but not exceeding its membership cap. As such, my membership may be recalled in the event all
memberships are sold and none remain available at the conclusion of my preview period. Redlands Country Club
may notify me and offer one of the last remaining memberships upon immediate remittance of my initiation fee,
but is under no obligation to do so.

7. Promise to pay applicable initiation fee. I understand that should I exercise the initiation fee staged payment
option as described in 2.b. above, I will be obligating myself to the terms for payment of the remainder of the initi-
